Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Clipflow is developed and operated by Sergey Bliumental, an independent software developer based in Cyprus ("Operator", "we", "us").

1. The Service

Clipflow ("the Service") is a content automation platform: the user defines ideas and configures channels, and the Service automates the production of short-form videos and their publication to social media accounts the user owns or is authorized to manage, through the platforms' official APIs. Content is published only upon the user's explicit action or according to a schedule the user has explicitly configured.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your content; copyright and intellectual property

  • You retain all rights to the content you create with the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the content you publish, including its compliance with copyright and other intellectual property rights.
  • You represent that you hold the rights necessary to use the materials referenced in your prompts and to publish the resulting content.

4. AI-generated content and AI safety

  • Content is generated by third-party AI models (including, for example, OpenAI, Seedance, and Kling AI), accessed directly or via infrastructure providers. Their usage policies and safety restrictions apply to generation requests made through the Service, and the Service inherits and does not attempt to circumvent them.
  • AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are expected to review content before publication; the Service provides manual review checkpoints for this purpose.
  • Where a target platform requires disclosure of AI-generated content, the Service applies the platform's disclosure mechanisms, and you agree not to disable or undermine them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • scrape or collect data about other users or third parties;
  • repost or republish third-party content without authorization;
  • generate fake engagement of any kind, including purchased followers, automated comments, likes, or follows, or any other form of spam;
  • circumvent restrictions, quotas, or review mechanisms of the target platforms;
  • impersonate any person, organization, or brand;
  • violate the terms of service of any target platform.

6. Prohibited content

You may not produce or publish through the Service content that:

  • is unlawful in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the target audience;
  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • is deceptive or misleading, including deceptive impersonation of real persons;
  • constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence;
  • sexualizes minors or exploits any person;
  • contains malware or facilitates fraud.

Content must additionally comply with the content policies of each target platform and of the AI providers used for generation.

7. Platform API usage

  • Publishing is performed exclusively through the target platforms' official APIs, under OAuth grants you give and can revoke at any time.
  • The Service respects platform API rate limits and enforces reasonable publishing volumes per channel.
  • Platform availability and policies are outside our control. Platform-side restrictions apply — for example, a platform may limit the visibility of API-published content until the application passes the platform's review or audit.
  • By using Clipflow's YouTube integration, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

8. Privacy

Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or actions taken by platforms or AI providers with respect to your accounts or content.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Data Deletion Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer rights afforded to you by the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
